TREND ALERT SS2015 BLACK/WHITE

BLACK & WHITE

Black and White is one of the exciting trends coming out for SS2015, and it happens to be one of my fav.  This trend is not groundbreaking but it is everywhere and can be worn in many styles. This season will show various patterns, silhouettes and textures with a lot of  below the knee skirts and various laces and different styles.

LOOK 1

Look 1 is inspired by "Men In Black" ;), I love lace and this shirt especially because it's a classic which can be worn many ways but it still contains a twist with the white collar. The beautiful lace detailing is just breathtaking. The skirt is a classic a-line which I feel can be transitioned into all seasons it contains amazing detailing and is perfect for dressing up and down.
    Skirt: H & M
          Top:Lord & Taylor
Heels-Zara

Gloves: Vintage

LOOK 2

Look 2 is a chic look which can be worn from day to night. This looks has a crisp white blazer which ads a pop of white to the full black outfit, the turtle neck is perfect for the pearl necklace and the skirt contains polka dot detailing. This look is classic but modern.
Blazer: BCBG
Turtleneck: BCBG
Necklace: H&M
Skirt: Joe Fresh
Heels: Vintage

LOOK 3

Look 3 is a classic everyday casual look. When purchasing a black or white piece the safest and most wearable piece would be a white silk blouse because it is timeless and it is a easy transitional piece through the seasons. The black jeans are also a perfect investment because they can be dressed up or down. The trick to adding style through your black jeans and silk blouse is through accessories. Adding a accessory piece to this look will convert it to day or night.
Top: Sandro Paris
Jeans: Sandro Paris
Necklace: BCBG

LOOK 4

Look 4 is a classic black and white jumper with a cape blazer. This look is perfect for a night out, the blazer is a interesting modern twist because it is a cape which I love. This look elongates my figure because of the white detailing on the jumper. When being as short as me I love to add some height with vertical lines and or in this case a deep v triangle.

Hat: Vintage
